Other brownies get their taste from cocoa powder or chips. At The Brownie Express we start with blocks of pure bon-bon quality chocolate. We add whole fresh eggs, sweet butter, unbleached flour, sugar and a little baking powder. There are no preservatives, salt or extra sweeteners.
